What is Hypnotherapy

What Hypnotherapy Is
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed and focused state where we work with the subconscious mind—the part of you that stores memories, emotions, beliefs, habits, and patterns. In this state, we gently explore what naturally comes up during the session from the perspective of your subconscious. This could be blockages or challenges that you are ready to let go of and release.
We then introduce empowering positive programming or new understandings, based on what you want for your life. This can help to increase your self confidence, self esteem or achieve goals that you previously have not been able to attain.
Imagine letting go of something you have struggled with for years—and finally creating something you have always wanted, with greater ease and clarity.
What Hypnotherapy Is Not
Hypnosis is not mind control. You are fully aware during the entire session and remain in control at all times. You will not reveal personal information, act against your values, or do anything you would not normally choose to do.
You will not act silly, lose consciousness, or become someone you are not. Most importantly, your subconscious mind always protects you. You will never access or say anything that could harm you or that you are not ready to process.
Hypnosis is a collaborative, respectful process—guided by you, at your pace, and always with your well-being as the priority.
